Stella Nuova offers a tiered return policy based on the date of your original purchase:

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition it was received in — unworn, unused, with its original receipt and packaging. Any signs of wear will void the return policy.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To ensure the security of high-value shipments, we do not list our return address publicly. To start a return or exchange, you must contact us at [INSERT EMAIL].
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and secure shipping instructions. You must ship the item within 14 days of receiving your RA Number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, or after the 14-day shipping window has expired, will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method given the value of our products — Stella Nuova is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Stella Nuova will cover the cost of return shipping.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom & Bespoke Orders: Special orders, bespoke commissioned pieces, or items altered or ordered specifically at the customer's request.
- Personalized Items: Any item that has been engraved is final sale.
- Chain-by-the-Inch: All made-to-order chain products cut to your specified length are final sale.
- Gift Cards: We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds & Store Credit
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if it was approved.
- Inspection: Items must be in the same condition they were received in. Items returned with signs of wear, missing packaging, or damage will be declined.
- Refunds (Days 1–7): If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Store Credit (Days 8–14): If approved, your store credit will be issued within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
