Shipping policy
Stella Nuova currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders must be shipped to a physical street address — we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped from our secure facility in Southwest Florida.
- In-Stock Items: Processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
- Made-to-Order / Custom Pieces: Please allow 2–3 weeks for casting, setting, and final polishing. You will receive an email update when your piece enters the final inspection stage.
- Engraved Items: Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for personalized engraving.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please note that any modifications or changes requested after an order has been placed may result in adjusted processing and delivery timelines. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Order Modifications
If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us at [INSERT EMAIL] as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes only if the order has not yet been shipped. Once a shipment is in transit, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Secured Shipping
For added peace of mind, we offer a Secured Shipping option at 1.5% of your order value. This includes guaranteed carrier backing, delivery to a verified physical address, and an adult signature requirement upon delivery. This option is available on all orders and is recommended for high-value purchases.
All shipments are sent via UPS. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather.
Security & Signature Requirements
To ensure the safety of your purchase, Stella Nuova requires an Adult Signature (18+) upon delivery for all orders over $500.
- Please ensure someone will be available at the shipping address to sign for the package.
- If delivery is attempted and no one is available to sign, the carrier will follow their standard redelivery procedures.
Discreet Packaging
We understand that jewelry is often a gift or a surprise. All orders are shipped in unbranded, nondescript outer packaging to ensure discretion and security. The luxury Stella Nuova unboxing experience is revealed only once the package is opened.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages & Lost Packages
Stella Nuova insures all packages during transit. If your order is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately at [INSERT EMAIL].
If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us within 48 hours at [INSERT EMAIL] to file a claim.
